Oh it´s going to be BIG this year!

Slopestyle MTB/BMX is stepping it up a notch this year! Prestegardslandet, just a stones throw away from the festival tent will be the venue to some gnarly dirt jumps. A spectacular event to watch and a challenging competition to take part in!

A Dirt-jump competition consists of various number of jumps in different sizes. Wooden elements are often used as well. The competition at Veko is divided in two categories; BMX and MTB. The athletes get points based on tricks, style, flow, difficulty and execution. This year the course will consist of two big jumps (hopefully with an alternate, smaller line) and a quarter pipe at the end.

On Tuesday 25th of June there will be Grill & Chill for the athletes. A good times session where the athletes can do test runs and meet up. It will start around 3 pm. 

On Thursday 27th there will be qualification and finals. Athletes should meet at 12 O´clock and the competition starts at 3 pm. Times may change.
