Information about the different volunteer jobs
The main task of this job is to register artists, athletes and co-workers with a wristband. This is a busy job from times to times and the volunteer need to stay sharp and be ready to answer a million questions the visitors often ask.
In the festival tent we offer food and drinks to buy. To help prevent big lines and to be able to give excellent service we need tidy and smiley people. The main task of working in the café/bar is to prepare and serve food and drinks to guests, and to make sure that everything is tidy and in order.
Sales of clothing:
Every year Ekstremsportveko has its own collection of Hoods and Tees. If you´re a salesperson, this is the place to be!
To pay for drinks and food the guest need a cashless card. The cashless card can be bought and refilled at the Festival Tent. The tasks for the volunteer will be to sell cards, and to inform and help the visitor having any concerns about the cashless card.
The ticket sale is located at the Festival Tent and the job is to sell day- and festival passes.
Before and after the Festival we are in a very need of people who can help us with all sorts of work such as moving, carrying and collecting different things. Some heavy loads might occur, but you will never work alone, always in teams!!
At the festival camp you have different tasks during your volunteer work such as welcoming and register guests, handle payments and make sure our campers get the information needed. It is a great atmosphere at the camp and a great place to do your volunteering job.
The main job is to protect the environment and the Festival area from being trashed and filthy. The guards make sure of that recycle bins are placed where directed and are replaced whenever full. Also, information needs to be placed so the participants know where to leave their disposal.
