Internship - Event and Project Management

Want to be part of what actually makes a major festival happen?
As an Event and Project Management Intern at Ekstremsportveko, you’ll work closely with the core production team behind one of the world’s most iconic extreme sports festivals.

You’ll be involved in planning, coordination, and on-the-ground execution across multiple parts of the festival, from schedules and logistics to communication and problem-solving. This is a hands-on role where you’ll see how ideas turn into reality, and where your contribution directly affects how the festival runs.

If you’re organized, proactive, and excited by complex projects and live environments, this internship puts you right in the middle of it all.

You’ll be involved in:

- Supporting planning and coordination of festival projects and activities

- Assisting with schedules, timelines, and task follow-up

- Contributing to communication between teams, volunteers, and stakeholders

- Supporting on-site operations before and during the festival

- Helping solve practical challenges as they arise in a live event setting

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has an interest in event management, project coordination, or operations

-Is structured, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

- Enjoys teamwork and clear communication

- Thrives in fast-paced environments and stays calm under pressure
