Ekstremsportveko is looking for an enthusiastic individual for the role of Air Sports Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating all air sports activities during Veko 2025. You will work closely with the responsible persons for sports such as skydiving, paragliding, speedflying, BASE jumping, wind tunnel, and gliding, ensuring that Ekstremsportveko continues to be a world leader in extreme sports. We are seeking a Head of Results to ensure the accurate registration, processing, and publication of competition results during Ekstremsportveko. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility, has an eye for detail, and wants to contribute to the successful execution of Ekstremsportveko.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between sports, results, and award ceremonies.
- Ensure that results from all competitions are submitted daily, and follow up with sports if results are delayed.
- Publish complete results lists on the website.
- Monitor results and update points according to the points system for the overall competition, "Honourable Citizen of Voss."
- Develop templates for awards ceremony slides.
- Gather daily images from SmugMug for use during award ceremonies.
- Responsible for producing award slides and ensuring they are ready by 8:30 PM for the award ceremony.
- Deliver digital award slides to the person in charge in the tent before the award ceremony.
- Prepare and print award slides for the speakers before the ceremony.
- Assist sports departments and sports coordinators with tasks such as laminating signs, printing lists, and other administrative support before and after competitions.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for details.
- Can work structured and efficiently, even under pressure.
- Communicates well both in writing and verbally.
- Has experience in competition administration or similar tasks (an advantage, but not required).

This is a project-based role, and it is expected that the Head of Results will be available in Voss during Ekstremsportveko 2025, with a few days before and after the event. Some preparatory work is required in advance.
