23-year-old Gunn Kvaale from Sogndal is a young and ambitious pop artist who has managed to play many concerts and tours for over 12 years already. In February, she released her debut album “Eit fullt møblert hjerte”, and several of her singles have previously been recommended by 730.no, listed on radio and on editorial Spotify playlists such as “Hits don ́t lie” and “Morgenkaffe”. “Helium” was nationally listed on NRK P1 for 15 weeks in a row, “Det som gjer mest ilt” was listed on NRK P3, “Ver så snill” was rated 5/6 in Dagsavisen, “Tilbake til meg” was in first place on the Spotify list “Made in Norway” and many of the singles are recommended on P3 Urørt. 💌
Gunn recently won the award for “Artist of the Year” at the Luttprisen 2025, her Christmas song “Heim til deg” ended up on Spotify Top 50 Viral, she has had a TV report on NRK TV, guested Christine Dancke’s podcast, and her colourful clothing style has been written about in the magazine Minmote.no. She has also received positive feedback from major artists, and in the fall of 2024 she supported Maria Mena on her tour. This year she will play at By:Larm in Oslo.
The debut album “Eit fullt møblert hjerte” which was released on February 14, was written together with Emelie Hollow and Morgan Sulele, among others. The album conveys different sides of love and life; how all experiences, both good and bad, shapes you into who you are. 🫂
