How to… Get to the dropzone?
Skydive Voss is located 5 km from downtown Voss, and is easiest to get to by car. Put Flyplassvegen 135 into your GPS and ten minutes later you’ll be cruising right into our parking lot. Once you see a big climbing tower, turn off the engine and you’re home.
However, if you don’t have the luxury of having a car available you can take bus number 96 and get off at Voss trafikkstasjon, from here it’s a ten minute walk.
Taxis are also an option.
How to… get your athlete pass?
You will need your festival wristband before you can jump during the event. This can only be picked up downtown in the festival tent. Note, this can not be picked up at the DZ.
How to… check in?
When arriving at the DZ, make sure to swing by the reception ASAP with your kit & docs. We need to see your rig, reserve card, insurance and license.
If you arrive in Voss prior to the festival we highly recommend you to get this sorted early, as Sunday and Monday you will be standing in a long line… 🤠

Dersom du ikke har hoppet på Voss i år, trenger vi at du åpner Burble, trykker øverst der hjemmeklubben din står skrevet, trykker på plusstegnet, søker opp “Skydive Voss” og legger til den som dropzone. Vis deretter frem lisens, rigg og reservekort. Fyll deretter på pengene du ønsker å hoppe for i løpet av uka, samt antall pakkebilletter du planlegger å bruke. Det vil være travelt i resepsjonen i løpet av festivalen, så med mindre du elsker å stå i kø, så anbefaler vi IKKE å fylle på litt og litt, eller kjøpe èn og èn pakkebillett.
Foreigners:
At Skydive Voss we use Burble, so if you have not jumped at a dropzone that uses this system, go to your phone and download the app “BurbleMe”. You will not be able to jump without it. If you already have the app, but have not jumped in Voss before, open the app and press your home dropzone at the top, press the plus sign, search for Skydive Voss and add that as your dropzone. We will then be able to find you in our system.
We then need to see your rig, reserve card, licence and third party liability insurance. If you do not have a third party liability insurance that covers skydiving world wide you can purchase this in reception. When check-in is sorted you will need to add money to your account and purchase the packing tickets that you think you will need - which is all done in reception. The reception is extremely busy during the festival, so if you do not love standing in line, we do NOT recommend adding money every day or buying just one packing ticket each time.
The DZ brief will be playing in the reception and in the cafe, but if you want to be prepared you can watch it on youtube again and again here.

How to… manifest
Manifest is located at the end of the building near reception. During the festival you will need to manifest directly with them - you will not be able to self-manifest from your phone.
Manifest opens at 08.00 each morning and has a first come, first served practice. On the first load every day we will have a fun little surprise, so get up early if you want to partake 🥰 First load takes off at 09.00.

How to… sign up for innhopps, activities and competitions
Jumping with your friends at the DZ is fun, but you know what is even more fun…? Throwing yourself out of a helicopter, flying your canopy over some beautiful Norwegian mountains, competing against your friends in the sky or jumping into town to the sound of applause.
