The highlight of the week is the TRAMP CHAMP competitions, where athletes battle in a classic match-the-trick format.

Miss the trick and you get a letter.

Stay clean and stay in the game.

Last athlete standing wins.

This year TRAMP CHAMP is split into two competitions:

- TRAMP CHAMP Senior

- TRAMP CHAMP Junior

Each category has its own competition day.

TRAMP CHAMP – Senior

The level goes up and the tricks get serious.

TRAMP CHAMP Senior is where experienced athletes battle for the title using the same match-the-trick format, but with bigger tricks, harder combinations and higher pressure. Athletes challenge each other with technical combinations and creative setups.

Miss the trick and you receive a letter. Stay clean and you stay alive. The last athlete standing wins.

Age

16+

Capacity

Maximum 24 athletes

Competition Format

- Athletes are divided into groups of 4–6 participants and assigned to a trampoline with a judge.
- Athletes take turns setting tricks or combinations. The rest must match the trick.
- If an athlete cannot land the trick successfully, they receive a letter.
- Before each trick the athlete setting the skill must clearly state whether the trick should be landed or not landed, as well as any additional conditions such as positions or bounce limits.

Rules include:
- Skills marked not landed may finish on knees or back
- Hands touching the trampoline does NOT count as landed
- Maximum four tricks per combination unless agreed by the group
- Double bouncing is not allowed

A judge at each trampoline records letters and keeps the game running.

The athlete with the fewest letters wins the heat and advances.

Finalists compete for the Top 3 Senior positions.

TRAMP CHAMP – Junior

This is where the next generation steps up.

Junior athletes compete in a fun but competitive match-the-trick battle where creativity and consistency decide who moves on.

Athletes are divided into groups and take turns setting tricks. The rest of the group must match the trick. If you miss, you receive a letter.

As the round progresses the pressure rises and the tricks get bigger.

The athlete with the fewest letters at the end wins the heat and advances.

The last athletes standing meet in the finals.
