If the ticket is used for commercial purposes, the Organizer has the right to cancel the ticket without a refund.

The ticket is to be regarded as a valuable item. Tickets that are lost or unused will not be refunded.

1.6 Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal when buying tickets.

The Organizer has the right to change the time and date of the event. If the time and/or date is changed, the ticket is still valid for the new time.

At events with different performances (artists, bands, etc.), the organizer has the right to change or cancel some of the performances. The event is not considered as canceled unless all performances are canceled.

2.4 Cancelation

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. The ticket will be refunded if the entire event is canceled. The Ticket Vendor’s fee is not refundable. If the event is canceled the Buyer cannot promote other claims than a refund under this provision. Any cancellation in the case of force majeure is regulated by segment 3.

3. FORCE MAJEURE

3.1 Situations causing force majeure

Force majeure is regarded as an extraordinary situation outside of the Organizer’s control that severely limits their ability to complete the event or fulfil the other obligations of the arrangement in any rational manner (including, but not restricted to hurricane, tsunami, war, terrorist attacks, pandemic, epidemic, fire, strike, threats to society that involve restrictions, orders, recommendations or similar from the authorities, national mourning, flood, storm, natural disasters).

In the case of force majeure, any obligations the Organizer has towards the Buyer will no longer apply, including the Organizers obligation to complete the event, the Buyer's right to refund the ticket, compensation or price reduction. The buyer cannot promote any other claims towards the Organizer. If the event cannot be completed due to restrictions from the authorities regarding the covid-19 virus, or any other pandemic or diseases, it is considered force majeure.

3.3 Notification

If the Organizer claims force majeure they must notify the Buyer immediately via the e-mail address provided by the Buyer. This obligation does not apply if the Buyer has not provided an e-mail address during the ticket purchase.

4. OTHER RULES

The Buyer is obligated to follow all national rules and regulations regarding alcohol consumption, infection control etc. as well as local regulations on order and safety at the event. The Organizer reserves the right to expel the Buyer from the event, without refunding the ticket, if the Buyer acts in violation with the national or local regulations.

5. PRIVACY

The Organizer needs to process the Buyers personal data to be able to sell the ticket to the Buyer, give the Buyer access to the event or notify the Buyer of any changes to the event (segment 2). The foundation for this processing is the agreement between the Buyer and the Organizer, including the Terms and Conditions. The Organizer’s processing of personal data follows The Personal Data Act and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Ticket Vendor is used as data processor by the Organizer to carry out the data processing. More information about the Organizers processing of personal date is available in the Organizer’s privacy policy (link).

The Ticket Vendor may also need to process the Buyers personal data for purposes not stated in this document. In this case the Ticket Vendor will be responsible. The Organizer recommend that the Buyer reads the Ticket Vendor’s privacy policy or contact the Ticket Vendor for more information about their data processing.

6. RESULUTION OF DISPUTES

The Terms and Conditions must be interpreted and regulated according to Norwegian law. Any disputes between the Buyer and the Organizer related to the Terms and Conditions are to be decided by the ordinary courts of Norway. Lawsuits concerning such disputes shall be brought before the Organizer’s local court.
