Your Responsibilities as an Athlete
 

Requirements for Participation

- You must be registered before you start.

- You must be able to present a valid registration wristband and any documentation required by your discipline.
 

Safety and Consequences

If you break safety rules or fail to follow instructions from qualified personnel, this may result in:

- A written warning

- Wristband removal

- Removal from certain areas

- Expulsion from the event

- Reporting to relevant authorities

Liability and Risk

- You understand and accept that participating in Ekstremsportveko involves risk.

- All participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

- The organizer cannot be held responsible for your actions.

- The organizer cannot be held responsible for injuries you cause to yourself or others.

- The organizer cannot be held responsible for damage to or loss of equipment.
 

Photos and Video

- Photos and video will be taken during Ekstremsportveko.

- You give permission for the organizer to use this material as they wish.

Personal Assessment and Duty

- You believe you have the skills and abilities needed to participate safely.

- You will participate and compete in a controlled and safe manner.

- You understand that you are not insured through ESV and are encouraged to have personal insurance.

- You will not be under the influence of intoxicants during participation.

- You must choose not to participate if health, equipment, or other conditions make it unsafe.

Registration and Refunds

- Your registration is binding, and no refunds are given in case of illness, injury, or similar situations.

- If the event is moved or rescheduled, you are not entitled to a refund.

- If the event is cancelled during the event due to weather, conditions, or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded.
