Veko Rising Star is back for its second year at Ekstremsportveko 2026, celebrating the next generation of action sports athletes.

After an exciting first edition in 2025, young athletes once again have the opportunity to test their limits across multiple disciplines and compete for the title of Veko Rising Star.

This is your chance to challenge yourself in different sports, push your limits and show what the next generation of action sports athletes is capable of.

The Challenge

Do you have the versatility, determination and passion to claim the title of Veko Rising Star?

To earn the honor, you must prove yourself in a variety of competitions – from high-adrenaline action sports to endurance-based challenges. This competition rewards athletes who embrace diversity, thrive under pressure and show true sportsmanship.

How It Works

A New Tradition – After the first edition in 2025, Veko Rising Star returns in 2026 to crown the best young all-around athlete at Ekstremsportveko.

Compete Broadly – The more disciplines you take on, the better your chances. Your top three results in each sport will count toward your overall score.

Scoring System – Only your three best results from each sport will be included in your final tally, ensuring that all-around performance is key.

Eligibility – Open to all athletes 18 years and under with a Junior Pass.

Fair Competition – Compete in junior classes or in open categories where U18 is included.
