This competition allows participation with either Single-Event Sport Pass or the Extreme Pass.
The Single-Event Sport Pass gives access to the competition and the festival arena on the day the competition takes place. The Extreme pass gives you access to participate in all the other sports and the full festival program.

Sign up - Step-by-step Guide
1. Buy and hold a valid Extreme Pass, Extreme Pass Junior, Single-Event Sport Pass, or apply and get approved as a volunteer.
2. Register as an athlete on the same account as you have your pass.
3. Go to your event's sign up.
4. Click the correct "package" and click "Sign up".
5. Fill out the form and click "Submit".
6. Go to cart and confirm your sign up.
7. Get your sign up confirmation on email.
8. Start training, and prepare to fly like a motherf*cker.
This is not an ordinary death diving competition. This is Lokst Utøve.
High platform at Demmo. The crowd close. No distractions.
You climb the ladder knowing exactly what you are about to do.
Jump big. Commit fully. Land clean.
The competition runs in a mixed classic and freestyle jam format, where style, creativity, commitment and control all matter. Every diver gets the chance to throw down, push limits and answer back.
King and Queen of Lokst are on the line. These are not participation titles. They are earned. Creativity, control and raw nerve decide who takes them home.
Every year the level rises. New divers show up hungry. Established names come back to defend their place. If you want to measure yourself against the real ones, this is where you do it.
When Lokst Utøve starts, the atmosphere shifts. Music rolling. People packed around the water. That short silence before takeoff. Then impact.
Spots are limited. Once the list is full, it is full.

Level
Open to all skill levels.
No previous competition experience is required. You must be comfortable in deep water and able to swim confidently.
