Lokst Utøve

This competition allows participation with either Singel-Event Sport Pass or the Extreme Pass.
The Singel-Event Sport Pass gives access to the competition and the festival arena on the day the competition takes place. The Extreme pass gives you access to participate in all the other sports and the full festival program.
Price for the Singel-Event Sport Pass: 590 NOK
This is not a ordinary death diving compeition. This is Lokst Utøve.
High platform at Demmo. The crowd close. No distractions.
You climb the ladder knowing exactly what you are about to do.
Jump big. Commit fully. Land clean.
King and Queen of Lokst are on the line. These are not participation titles. They are earned. Creativity, control and raw nerve decide who takes them home.
Every year the level rises. New divers show up hungry. Established names come back to defend their place. If you want to measure yourself against the real ones, this is where you do it.
When Lokst Utøve starts, the atmosphere shifts. Music rolling. People packed around the water. That short silence before takeoff. Then impact.
Spots are limited. Once the list is full, it is full.
Classes
- Junior Girls 13–17
- Junior Boys 13–17
- Women 18+
- Men 18+
Junior Safety
All juniors compete from 7 meters as the standard height.
Athletes aged 15–17 may be approved for 12 meters if they have sufficient experience and receive approval from the organizer.
All junior participants must:
- Be confident swimmers
- Be comfortable jumping from height
- Attend the mandatory safety briefing
The organizer reserves the right to deny participation from both 7 and 12 meters if an athlete is not considered ready.

The application must include documentation or video showing sufficient control, water confidence and experience with jumping from height. Final approval will be made by the organizer based on a safety assessment.
Level
Open to all skill levels.
No previous competition experience is required. You must be comfortable in deep water and able to swim confidently.
