A full week on the river deserves a proper ending!
After big lines, hard racing, good runs and a few solid beatdowns, we’re firing up the grill and bringing everyone together for the traditional Veko kayak BBQ.
This is where the stories get better, the lines get bigger, and the swims somehow get longer than they actually were.
Good food, cold drinks, river stories and the crew that made the week what it was.
The BBQ is for everyone who competed in or took part in a kayak event during the festival.
